This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Buyco Group LLC, a U.S.-based retailer specializing in female activewear and clothing.
Our goal is to provide clear, accurate, and transparent information about shipping costs, timeframes, and carrier services.
1. Shipping Cost & Service Level
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination (domestic and most international locations).
- No hidden fees or handling charges.
- No expedited or overnight shipping options are available at this time.

2. Processing & Handling Time
- Processing Time: Typically 1 Business Days after order placement.
- High Volume Periods: May take up to 4 Business Days during holidays or promotions.
- Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday – Friday only, excluding public holidays.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next Business Day.
3. Domestic Delivery (U.S.)
- Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3 – 4 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 5 Business Days (Processing + Transit).
- Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, and UPS — selected automatically based on destination and weight.
Service Limitations:
- P.O. Boxes: Shipped via USPS only.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS, but delivery times may vary due to military restrictions.
- Multiple Addresses: One order = one destination. To send to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
4. International Shipping
- Free International Shipping: We offer FREE shipping to most countries worldwide.
- Estimated Transit Time: 7 – 21 Business Days, depending on customs and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and local fees.
- These charges are not collected by Buyco Group LLC and are not included in your order total.
- We are legally required to declare the full, non-discounted value of each order on customs documents.
Important: Buyco Group LLC is not responsible for customs delays or holds once a package arrives in the destination country.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with:
- A unique tracking number, and
- A direct carrier link for real-time tracking.
- Please allow 24 – 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Address)
- Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect and the package returns to us, we’ll reship it once at no cost after you confirm the correct address. If it returns again, it will be handled as a standard return.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Buyco Group LLC cannot be held liable for loss or theft.
- Please check nearby areas, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
- We will assist with documentation if needed.
