Buyco Group LLC – Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs purchases made from Buyco Group LLC, a U.S.-based retailer specializing in female clothing.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Returns attempted outside of this 30-day window will be rejected.


2. Eligibility for Return (Condition of Items)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must have the original tags attached.
  • The item must be free of damage, odors (including smoke or perfume), and pet hair.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. Items Exempt from Return

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or clearance restrictions:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Intimate apparel, hosiery, or swimwear where the hygiene seal is broken or missing
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

4. Refund Type & Cost of Return Shipping (Free Returns)

Buyco Group LLC offers FREE Returns on eligible items.

  • Return Shipping Cost: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. You will incur no cost for return shipping, regardless of the refund method chosen.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns processed within the 30-day window.

5. Return Process

Buyco Group LLC offers two convenient methods to return eligible items — By Mail and In-Store Drop-Off.

A. By Mail (Prepaid Return Label)

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@buycogroup.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid return label. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Securely package the items in their original packaging, if possible, and affix the provided shipping label.
  3. Shipment: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving the return label.

B. In-Store Drop-Off (Optional)

You may also return your product in person at our retail store address listed below during business hours.

6. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Full Refund: If approved, a full refund for the product purchase price will be processed immediately.
  • Partial Refund: If an item is returned damaged, missing tags, or not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund (up to 50% deduction).
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees (if any) and duties/taxes paid to customs are non-refundable.

If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, (All refunds are processed in USD ) depending on your bank’s processing time.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or need a size exchange. To request an exchange, contact us at support@buycogroup.com. The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.


8. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund, including covering any expedited shipping costs for the replacement.


9. Holiday Return Policy (Extended Window)

Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st qualify for an extended return window and may be returned or exchanged until January 31st of the following year. All other conditions in Sections 2 and 3 still apply.


10. International Returns

International customers are also eligible for FREE Return Shipping under the same 30-day return policy.

  • Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid to local authorities are non-refundable by Buyco Group LLC. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about possible duty refunds.
